Ron Paul to Make Three-Day Campaign Swing in His Home State of Texas
Holds media availabilities, fundraisers, and town hall meetings at Texas A&M University, Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, and San Antonio

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul will campaign for three days in his home state of Texas, holding three town hall meetings, availing himself to media, and attending fundraisers.
 
Dr. Paul’s visit will take place from Tuesday, April 10th through Thursday the 12th, inclusive.  The 12-term Congressman from Texas will hold town hall meetings at Texas A&M University in College Station, the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, and on the Main Plaza in San Antonio.
 
Ron Paul’s town hall meetings in the Lone Star State are being organized by ‘Youth for Ron Paul’ (YFP).
 
Ron Paul’s fundraisers are closed to all media.

Washington, D.C. (April 6, 2012) – Resurgent Republic, a center-right research organization dedicated to shaping the debate over the proper role of government, announced today that former Governor Haley Barbour will serve as Honorary Chairman during Ed Gillespie’s leave of absence.

Since its founding nearly three years ago, this organization has been at the forefront of the national debate at key points during the Obama Administration and is well-positioned to identify and track public opinion trends leading up to November,” said Governor Haley Barbour.

Governor Barbour returned to BGR in January of 2012 after serving two consecutive terms as Governor of Mississippi and two years as the Chairman of the Republican Governors Association.
