HENDERSON, Nevada – The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential campaign announced today the newest members of its active “Small Businesses for Ron Paul” nationwide coalition. 
 
New members named today hail from Clark County, Nevada, and pledge to spread the word about Dr. Paul’s ‘Plan to Restore America’ within their respective communities and workplaces.  Recently, Dr. Paul released details of how the plan will help Nevadans with the Nevada-specific elements of his “Plan to Restore America.”

“As a self-employed businessman I have seen a sizable loss of my income during this economic crash that Dr. Paul has been predicting for more than a decade.  The only reason that capitalism and free enterprise is considered bad is because the government manipulates it,” began Wayne Williams, a Henderson business owner. 

In support of Dr. Paul, he said, “Four years ago commentators, debate moderators, and fellow candidates scoffed when Ron Paul warned us, but they aren’t laughing now.  I recognize his dedication and devotion to the cause of liberty and his devotion to the Constitution.  Not since Ronald Reagan have I been this excited for a candidate from either political party.  Dr. Paul is the only one that understands this country’s problems and will fix them.”

Employer of three, swimming instruction business owner David Perkins also announced his support for Ron Paul.  “Dr. Paul’s ideas are the solutions to the problems I am encountering as a small business owner.” 
 
Perkins continued, “I am being choked by government intervention and taxes.  My own plans of job creation are almost impossible to enact because of regulations and bureaucracy.  Small business owners need to realize that Ron Paul's platform is not only a blueprint for individual freedom but for the freedoms of small businesses as well.”

William Wisecarver, a Las Vegas resident, has extensive experience in creating and executing financial and operational strategies for optimizing national security, satellite communications and high-tech business operations.  His success in key leadership positions for large organizations and small entrepreneurial enterprises led to his establishment of SACON Capital Inc. in 1998.  SACON Capital Inc. provided financial and operational management and later evolved into TechBank.

Mr. Wisecarver supports Dr. Paul because he is “the only viable candidate in either party that offers a true alternative for changing the current course our nation is now headed toward.” 

“I support Ron Paul for President of the United States as a veteran, a business owner, and an American citizen.  I am in total agreement with Ron Paul's plan for effective change in Washington.  Only a real and sustained reduction of the federal bureaucracy can help this country.  We need to support Dr. Paul and send a clear message to Washington D.C. that we demand change,” he explained. 
 
Mr. Wisecarver is also a former U.S. Marine and TOPGUN graduate who accumulated over 1,200 hours of flight time.  In 1996, Wisecarver accepted a one-year appointment at NASA for the development and implementation of the agency’s restructuring and commercialization of the International Space Station Program.

MINNETONKA, Minnesota – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul has received a key endorsement from former state Chairman of the Republican Party of Minnesota, Chris Georgacas.
 
Georgacas served as state Republican chairman from 1993 to 1997; was chairman of Tim Pawlenty's successful 2002 gubernatorial campaign; and served on the Republican National Committee.  In recognition of his numerous efforts in support of Republican causes and candidates, the state party bestowed its Lifetime Achievement Award on him in 2010.

HENDERSON, Nevada – The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign named today members of its “Mine Workers for Ron Paul” nationwide coalition.  Featured members reside in Elko and Washoe counties, both in Nevada.  All have pledged to spread the word about Dr. Paul among their respective workplaces, peers, and communities.
 
“To maintain a good quality of life and a healthy economy, it is important to exercise fiscal restraint.  Although other politicians campaign with this idea, Dr. Paul has been committed to a smaller and more efficient government,” said Patrick Rogers, a miner from Elko, Nevada.
 
Rogers particularly supported Dr. Paul’s “strong national defense and non-interventionist foreign policy.”  He continued, “As a mining professional for more than 25 years, I feel that it is important for our country to focus on domestic energy and responsible mining production.  Much of our foreign military involvement, especially in the Middle East, is based on petroleum interests.  Ron Paul will help create opportunity to harvest our tremendous natural resources.”
 
Another resident of Elko, Kurt Criss, explained, “I support Ron Paul because he is the strongest advocate for freedom.  To once again be the leading industrialized nation in the world, we need the raw materials mining provides.  Dr. Paul’s policies will provide mining companies with the means to access land and protect the environment.”  Mr. Criss concluded, “I support him because he is my unwavering champion for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
 
Mine worker Ed Jucevic from Sparks also stated his reasons for supporting Dr. Paul in addition to statements made when joining the “Seniors for Ron Paul” coalition.  “I endorse him because he supports individual liberty and responsibility.  Ron Paul is the only politician, Republican or Democrat, that has demonstrated consistent dedication to these principles for more than 30 years,” he said.
 
Mine workers are turning to Ron Paul, coalescing behind him as the sole conservative alternative to establishment candidate Mitt Romney.  Also notable, Dr. Paul understands that federal land use and environmental bureaucracy is encroaching on states’ rights, particularly Nevada.  Dr. Paul recently presented a Nevada-specific expansion of his ‘Plan to Restore America’ that will make the necessary reforms to give Nevada back to Nevadans and encourage job growth in Nevada’s mineral extraction sector.

HENDERSON, Nevada – The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential campaign named today new members of its active “Seniors for Ron Paul” nationwide coalition.  Today’s featured members hail from Clark and Washoe counties, both Nevada, and have pledged to spread the word about Dr. Paul among their respective communities.
 
Valerie Finney, a senior citizen from Reno, expressed her support for Dr. Paul.  “Dr. Paul is the only candidate who can make a difference and the rest represent the status quo.  He's the only hope we have for real change, and we definitely need a change.  He will stick to the Constitution.”  She continued, “I don't believe the establishment media narrative.  He is electable, and I am proud to support him.”
 
A retired audiology doctor also from Reno, Thomas Morris too voiced his support for the 12-term Congressman from Texas.  “Dr. Paul is the only candidate who truly understands the reasons for our economic problems and what needs to be done to fix it.  An important issue to retirees is the restoration of sound money and avoiding the income-eroding inflation tax, a critical issue for those on a fixed income and savings.  A return to market-driven interest rates will also be of great benefit to those of us who depend upon returns from investments.”
 
“Dr. Paul is the only candidate that is consistent and truthful in his words and actions.  He is the only candidate who is not bought up by special interest money,” said Raymond Auyeung, a senior and associate pastor of a local church in Sparks. 
 
Mr. Auyeung and his wife Estella are unified in their support for Dr. Paul.  “Ron Paul understands that our country’s economy is unstable, and the situation is serious.  It cannot be taken lightly by crafty incumbents and politicians running for office.  Ron Paul will also fight to audit the Federal Reserve,” she explained.
 
Jullie Miller of Henderson is a former employee of the aircraft manufacturing industry.  She was very supportive of Ron Paul when stating, “Of all the candidates, Dr. Paul is the only one who is honest and cares about the country.  He does not want to win the Presidency to benefit himself.  He wants to help the people of this country.  My family and I will not support anyone but Ron Paul.  We trust him, and it’s been a very long time since we have had a president that can actually be trusted.”
 
“I support Ron Paul because he understands the Constitution,” Jeffrey Kinsley of Incline Village said.  He further explained, “Unlike other politicians, he is familiar with and defends the U.S. Constitution.  While other candidates fight among themselves, Dr. Paul truthfully explains the problems of this country and what must be done to correct them.  He also has a very consistent record.”

New members named today hail from Carson City and Clark and Nye counties, all Nevada, and pledge to spread the word about Dr. Paul’s ‘Plan to Restore America’ within their respective communities.  Yesterday Dr. Paul released details of how the plan will help Nevadans by focusing on five key elements.
 
Owner of One24 in Carson City, Mila Farrell cited Dr. Paul as the one who can win. She stated, “My candidate of choice to beat Barack Obama in November is Ron Paul.  Over a half-dozen polls across the nation show that Ron Paul is the one to best Obama.”
 
“Ron Paul is the only one with a plan that will not cut one penny from our veterans, seniors, and our national defense.  Ron Paul truly fights for us, the little guy, and is the only candidate not subservient to special interests and lobbyists.  More active military have donated to him than all other candidates combined,” concluded Ms. Farrell.
 
Dave Newton is co-owner with his wife of Newton Consulting, a human resources consultancy operating since 2004.

“I support Dr. Paul for President because I believe it is extremely important for the strength of America and to our children that we reduce our deficit and reduce the size of our federal government, which is incredibly inefficient and completely lacking in accountability,” stated Mr. Newton.
 
Mr. Newton continued, “I also agree with his position that we should focus our military on national defense and not try to be the world’s policeman.  If we want to reduce the influence of special interests in Washington, we can’t keep electing people who owe their election to special interest money.  Dr. Paul is the only candidate who sticks to his conviction about what’s best for America and doesn’t go in whatever direction he thinks is most likely to get him elected.”
 
Owner of a Pahrump flight instruction and aerial photography business for five years, Jeffery Bobeck called Ron Paul “The only honest Republican running for President and the only candidate that will follow the Constitution,” further stating, “All I want from our government is transparency and an effort to uphold the contract made between the people and their government, that contract being the Constitution.  Currently, that contract continues to be breached.”

Linda Crawford, a Las Vegas retired mother of two, also voiced her support for Ron Paul.  She is particularly interested in his personal integrity, ethics, and consistency.  Ms. Crawford further explained, “Ron Paul is for the Constitution and for liberty.  He will fight for us from the White House as he has in Congress.”
 
Nancy Wells, another retired senior and mother from Las Vegas, declared her support of the Congressman.  “I support Ron Paul because I don’t believe in big government.  We need Ron Paul’s economic plan to get us back on the right track.  We have no business trying to police the rest of the world when we could be putting our resources into protecting our own borders.”

LAKE JACKSON, Texas – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul will campaign in Minnesota on two separate days in the run-up to the Tuesday, February 7th caucus.  Dr. Paul will visit the North Star State on Saturday, February 4th and Monday, February 6th.
 
The 12-term Congressman from Texas will first visit the state on Saturday, February 4th for town hall meetings in Rochester and Chanhassen, and a Bethel University rally in Arden Hills.  The campus rally is sponsored by the Bethel University College Republicans.
 
Dr. Paul’s second visit on Monday, February 6th will feature a St. Cloud Town Hall & Rally, and a Minneapolis Rally.
 
“We’re delighted to have Ron Paul return to Minnesota where last November he attracted more than 3,000 supporters to a rally held in St. Cloud.  Dr. Paul’s upcoming visit will energize supporters and promises to help us achieve a strong showing in the upcoming caucus,” said Marianne Stebbins, the Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign’s Minnesota Chair.
