Minnesota for Hillary Launches ‘Gustavus Students for Hillary’ in St. Peter; Hosts Organizing Events in Duluth, Wayzata
Minneapolis, MN -- Minnesota for Hillary will hold three organizing events across the state on Thursday to encourage Minnesotans to caucus for Hillary Clinton on March 1st. In St. Peter , students from Gustavus Adolphus College will hold a campus phone bank to launch "Gustavus Students for Hillary." In Duluth, State Rep. Erik Simonson, At-Large City Councilor Zack Filipovich and School Board Member Nora Sandstad will join volunteers and organizers for a "Get Out The Caucus" kick-off event. And in Wayzata, voluteers and supporters will gather to make calls and talk to friends and neighbors about why Hillary Clinton is the most qualified candidate to step into the White House.
“While I admire both of our Democratic candidates, I look forward to supporting a candidate who can make real, tangible progress. That candidate for me, and for all of us, is Hillary Clinton," said Duluth City Councilor Zack Filipovich.
