Hillary for America's Iowa State Director Matt Paul released the following statement following Hillary Clinton's victory in tonight's Iowa Caucus:

"Hillary Clinton has won the Iowa Caucus. After thorough reporting – and analysis – of results, there is no uncertainty and Secretary Clinton has clearly won the most national and state delegates.  Statistically, there is no outstanding information that could change the results and no way that Senator Sanders can overcome Secretary Clinton's advantage."

On Saturday, January 30, gun violence prevention advocates former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and Captain Mark Kelly will campaign for Hillary Clinton in Iowa. Giffords and Kelly will join Hillary Clinton for a Get Out the Caucus event in Ames, and then they will kick off a canvass in Des Moines.

Giffords and Kelly will discuss what’s at stake for Iowans in the February 1st caucus, and Hillary Clinton’s record of advocating for commonsense approaches to reduce gun violence. Clinton is committed to supporting sensible actions to address gun violence, including comprehensive background checks, cracking down on illegal gun traffickers, holding dealers and manufacturers accountable when they endanger Americans, and keeping guns out of the hands of domestic abusers and stalkers.

With the Iowa caucus less than a week away, Hillary for America is airing two new, final ads that frame the choice in this election, and that encourage Democrats to caucus for Hillary Clinton.
 
The two ads, “Make a Difference” and “Real Progress,” combine to make the case that Hillary Clinton is the one candidate who will make a real difference in people’s lives and that the people of Iowa “can’t wait” to achieve those results. These ads will run along with the “Children” ad released yesterday that uses a documentary-style format to spotlight Hillary Clinton’s lifelong record of fighting for women and families.
 
The ads encourage Iowans to caucus on February 1st. The new 30-second and 60-second spots are part of the campaign's ongoing buy in Iowa and will run alongside previously released ads.

With the first official event in the Democratic nominating process set to take place one week from today, Hillary for America is officially launching a nationwide, online application that enables voters to build a personalized, digital card expressing their commitment to vote for Hillary Clinton in their state's primary or caucus.
 
Commitment cards are a traditional, offline organizing technique that the campaign is now using online to engage supporters who know Hillary Clinton has been in the trenches fighting by their side for decades and will fight and deliver for them every day as President.
 
The Commit to Caucus, or Commit to Vote, app is available at http://hillaryclinton.com/commit. Hillary for America’s digital team will promote the app over email, social media channels, a wide network of supportive digital influencers, and through other means.
 
“Our campaign is always seeking out ways to engage our most energetic supporters and channel their enthusiasm for Hillary Clinton,“ HFA National Press Secretary Brian Fallon said. "Committing to support Hillary Clinton is the first step in ensuring that we nominate the candidate best prepared to take on the Republicans and get results for the American people.”
 
In addition to expressing their commitment to support Hillary Clinton, voters can use the app to access detailed information on voting and caucusing, including where to find their polling place (where data is available) and what the requirements are to vote in their state. The app also walks users through making a plan to vote and features social sharing tools to help folks spread the word to their friends.

New Documentary Style Ad Features Hillary Clinton’s Lifelong Record Fighting for Children and Families

Hillary for America uses a documentary-style approach to show Hillary Clinton’s lifelong commitment to fighting for children and families in a new ad, called “Children.” There is no candidate for President with a better proven track record of standing up and delivering results for children and families.

For instance:

Instead of going to a big law firm after Law School, she went to work going door-to-door for the Children’s Defense Fund
Clinton helped start the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families.

Clinton helped create the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

Clinton led the U.S delegation to the U.N Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing, where she proclaimed that “women’s rights are human rights.”

She championed access to emergency contraception, the Paycheck Fairness Act and voted in favor of strengthening a woman’s right to make her own health care decision.

She created the new permanent position of ambassador-at-large for global women’s issues and helped launch the first U.S strategy to prevent and respond to gender-based violence globally.

The ad ends with Hillary Clinton saying, “I’ve spent my life fighting for children, families and our country and I'm not stopping now.
 
The new 60-second spot is part of the campaign's ongoing buy in Iowa and will run alongside previously released ads. There will also be a 30-second companion version.

Hillary Clinton to Get Out the Caucus Across Hawkeye State In Final Days Before February 1st Caucus
 
Hillary Clinton will continue her series of Get Out the Caucus and organizing events across the Hawkeye State on January 29, 30, and 31. She will meet with supporters and lay out what is at stake in the February 1st caucus for Iowans in Des Moines, Dubuque, Ames, Carroll, Council Bluffs, and Sioux City. She will be joined by President Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton for Get Out the Caucus events in Davenport, Cedar Rapids, and Des Moines. On caucus night, February 1, Clinton will join supporters for a Caucus Night Victory Party at Drake University in Des Moines. Additional details on Clinton's schedule for Caucus Day will be announced in the coming days.

Clinton is the fighter Democrats can trust to stand up to a Republican party that threatens to rip away the progress that’s been made during President Obama’s administration. She has spent her career fighting for children and families and as president she'll continue to get results.
