DNC Deputy Chair Keith Ellison to make New Hampshire his first public appearance in new role
Concord, N.H. - Newly elected DNC Deputy Chair Keith Ellison will make New Hampshire his first first public appearance in his new role when he attends the Democratic Party's state committee meeting on March 25th. Ellison will speak on the future of the Democratic Party and usher in a new session of the New Hampshire Democrats, including the re-election of New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Ray Buckley, who endorsed Ellison in the DNC race. Following the state committee meeting, Ellison will headline a Democratic Party fundraiser on the Seacoast.
"We're thrilled that Keith is joining us to kick off the year" said NHDP Chair Ray Buckley. "Granite Staters were excited by the energy and ideas he brought to the DNC race and I know he'll bring that same passion to the DNC itself as he and Chair Perez start to reshape our party at the national level. Tom Perez and Keith Ellison both understand that the type of grassroots that has made New Hampshire so successful in the past decade is what we need to win on a national level and in local races across the country."
