Biden-Harris 2024 Launches Ad Targeting AANHPI Voters
“Better and Better” Will Run as Part of Biden-Harris 2024 $30 Million Ad Buy
Today, Biden-Harris 2024 is kicking off its spring advertising flight targeting Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) voters in battleground states. Part of the campaign's $30 million ad buy, “Better and Better” builds on the launch of the campaign’s AANHPI paid media program in November 2023 – the earliest investment in AANHPI paid media in a presidential election.
“Better and Better” spotlights Jenny Poon and Odeen Domingo, a husband and wife team who run a small business in Phoenix, Arizona. In the spot, Jenny and Odeen talk about the difficulties of raising a family and owning a small business – and that thanks to President Biden’s leadership and investments in small business through his historic Investing in America agenda, Jenny and Odeen’s business has not only survived financial struggles but has grown. This ad follows an earlier spot about Jenny and Odeen, “Family Business,” highlighting the importance of Jenny’s Vietnamese heritage in shaping who she is today and the importance of President Biden’s commitment to helping small businesses and hardworking families.
The spring ad flight will run digitally across YouTube and connected TV, targeting AANHPI voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The campaign will also place digital video and static ads with national AANHPI outlets like Asian Journal, World Journal, Nguoi Viet and Korea Daily, as well as AANHPI outlets in battleground states like Hmong Times in Wisconsin and Saathee Magazine in North Carolina.

Building off our historic investments to date to reach AANHPI voters, this ad buy makes clear President Biden and his campaign won’t take any vote for granted this November.”
