President Bill Clinton, Governor Tim Walz to Campaign in North Carolina On First Day of Early Vote
On Thursday, October 17, the first day of early vote in North Carolina, President Bill Clinton and Governor Tim Walz will rally voters in Durham and encourage them to early vote for Vice President Kamala Harris and Democrats up and down the ballot. In the evening, Governor Walz will hold a rally in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
This trip marks the Governor’s third visit to North Carolina since becoming Vice President Harris’ running mate, building on his recent campaign rally in Asheville, North Carolina.
With Thursday marking just under 20 days before Election Day, Governor Walz will speak directly to North Carolinians about the choice in this election between Vice President Harris’ vision for a new way forward that finally turns the page on Donald Trump and his extreme Project 2025 agenda, protects our rights and freedoms, and builds economic opportunity for all Americans.
